H2e was founded in 2010 with a vision to end energy starvation in the country and at the same time help climate changes, Social Entrepreneur Mr. Siddharth R. Mayur gave birth to the idea of h2e. To fulfil this vision, h2e partnered with Fraunhofer IKTS, one of the most competent institutes in the world to develop h2e power generators. This resulted in the development of the first ever commercial grade SOFC to be commissioned in India. The Gen 1 system has been successfully running for over 8,500 hours in continuous operation. We at h2e have developed its our own proprietary power electronics and managed to bring down cost of balance of plant components and at the same time developed a strategy for Gen 2 system. H2e is headquartered in Pune, India.
